As a hint for some future quest items, you may be able to find hints of their locations in the ‘Esc’ menu. Notice your quests under ‘In Progress’? If you look at the details of the quest, it’ll recall that Dr. Bacon knew the location of both the Microphone and Stone Slab.

Otherwise, if you forgot where this chamber was, you now know! Just head inside the cave, and you’ll find the Sea People’s Stone Slab sitting on the ground. The only thing left to find is theMicrophone, which we also covered. Once you have both items, give them to Dr. Bacon upon resurfacing, and by the next day, your translator should be complete!
