Since the unveiling of the Ascension Update, the Phasmophobia community has been buzzing with valuable feedback on the current gaming experience. Ina post on Steam, The Kinetic Games Team reaffirms its commitment to sharing its strategic plans for refining the game, ensuring optimal progression and enjoyment for players of all kinds.
The most recent adjustments are set to unfold immediately following the imminent Shop rework, promising an enriched adventure for all. Here is the list they provided for us to chew on in the meantime.

Progression

The participation in Prestiges constitutes a wholly optional aspect of Progression. It’s reminiscent of the Dead By Daylight Prestige system, albeit with less rewards. Bearing this in mind, Kinetic Games acknowledges the current lack of sufficient incentives to motivate players to engage in prestiging.

Evidence Equipment
A slew of changes has come to how we collect evidence in the game, streamlining the experience while providing much-needed quality-of-life enhancements. These changes should make it easier to play the game in general.
EMF Reader
Furthermore, there will be an adjustment for PC players regarding T3’s sensor readings. This change aims to enhance the accuracy of the directional indicator, providing a more intuitive and precise reading experience.
