Since the beginning Warner Bros. Discovery was averse to the discussion of engaging in any conversation regarding licensing shows to Netflix. Reportedly the comedy seriesInsecurewill be licensed to Netflix. This recently released news has shocked many people but reportedly due to financial issues, the WBD has gone ahead with this nature of business with Netflix.

The way I look at this, CNN and other ventures inside of WB Discovery left a giant red number to contend with after the sale (CNN+ had I think $500m in loses?) but to lower the quality of HBO would be a terrible move.
