Marvel Rivals is packed with Strategists, often referred to as the game’s support heroes, who do more than just heal your allies. The best Strategists can combine their defensive and utility support with an impressive offensive output. It’s not always about healing but also about being aggressive. A good strategist knows when to attack and when to stay back and heal the front line.
If you’re looking for the best strategists in Marvel Rivals, our tier list has you covered.

These are the best of the best when it comes to the Strategists in Marvel Rivals. If you want to stick with the competitive meta and play the best Strategists in the game, these are your options.
Rocket Racoonhas the highest win percentage of any hero in Marvel Rivals. His utility is second to none. He offers an impressive amount of offensive firepower to complement his healing toolkit.Where Rocket truly shines is his B.R.B. ability, which allows a fallen ally to revive and get back into the heat of battle. His ultimate, C.Y.A., is also beneficial by providing a damage boost to allies.

My personal favorite Marvel Rivals strategist,Cloak & Daggerr emains a force in the meta thanks to theirimpressive ability to keep your team healed while providing top-tier DPS.Cloak’s impeccable accuracy makes it super easy to damage to unsuspecting enemy heroes, while Dagger’s healing toolkit remains second to none.Despite the nerf to their ultimate, it’s still extremely powerful.
The newest Strategist in Marvel Rivals is one of the most popular heroes in the game, and for good reason.Invisible Woman’s ability to provide excellentdamage (hey that’s been a common theme in this tier) while keeping your allies alive has made her a mainstay in the Marvel Rivals meta. She also has the ultimate utility ability, being able to psh or pull heroes in and out of melee, including pushing enemies off of ledges, or pulling pesky enemies away from their supporting allies.

These may not be the “best of the best,” but you’re still more than capable of performing well with these Marvel Rivals Strategists. You will do well at most competitive levels with these, especially if you’re skilled with a
specific hero.
Mantishas fallen off as of late, but she’s still an incredibly strong Strategist. Her damage utility is what keeps her in A Tier, as her healing toolkit has taken a step back from the S Tier heroes.Remarkably, her win rate has increased recently, but she’s nowhere near as ban worthy as some of the other Strategists in Marvel Rivals.
Like Mantis,Adam Warlocksuffers from a limited healing kit. Also, like Mantis, Adam Warlock works best as a Strategist capable of dealing damage. The issue there, though, is that his damage profile is lacking compared to the S Tier Strategists in Marvel Rivals. His once saving grace, though, is his ultimate ability, allowing you to revive your teammates.

Lokiis an incredibly strong Strategist in Marvel Rivals, but two factors hold him back.First, he’s difficult to master, so it’s best to put him in the hands of the most skilled players. Second, his ultimate, while strong, requires knowledge of every hero in Marvel Rivals. If you may overcome these hurdles, few Strategists will be as capable as the trickster god.
You’ll still perform decently if you’re skilled with these Marvel Rivals Strategists, but you’ll need to give it your all to do well. Don’t be surprised if you struggle at higher competitive levels.

Oh, how the mighty have fallen.Luna Snowis still a capable hero, but I’d argue she skirts by on her reputation rather than her actual value. While she still has an incredibly high ban rate, her win rate has fallen off a cliff. The biggest reason? Her ultimate isn’t the powerhouse it used to be. She’s outclassed by other Strategists. She’s best used to team up with Namor.
You might do well with these Marvel Rivals Strategists, but they’re best for a casual setting. Don’t expect to perform well at higher competitive levels.
Sadly, everyone’s favorite Marvel Rivals hero is the worst Strategist in the game.Jeff the Land Sharkis a great choice for beginners due to his small size and agile nature, but he doesn’t do enough to stand out from the crowd. He doesn’t heal as well as other Strategists or do as much damage as them. His ultimate, while backbreaking in the right circumstances, is sadly too gimmicky to be effective.
