There are plenty of multiverse characters that could pave their way into the MCU and make the heroes struggle on Earth and the galaxy itself. When it comes to comics, there are not only variant characters in the multiverse. But, we can find unique entities that are stronger than anything the MCU has ever witnessed.
Weapon Omega (Wolverine)
Weapon Omega is the Wolverine from Earth-295. He is also known as the Age of Apocalypse. The villain here was Apocalypse. He brought Earth to its extreme and created a world where mutants who did not side with him battled to try to save humans who hated them. He sacrificed himself to the Celestials to save humanity. His power is similar to the Wolverine of this world, including his weakness for Jean Grey.
Nighthawk is one of the most destructive multiverse characters in Marvel Comics. He came from Earth-TRN852, which was the Heroes Reborn world. Mephisto created this for a resurrected and evil Agent Coulson. While Hyperion was the most powerful character from that world, Nighthawk has been more captivating. You can say, Nighthawk is a version of Batman. He got his brains, planning, and cunning made him someone that had the power to relapse the world.

Rachel Summers
When it comes to pure power, Summers holds that position.Rachel Summers is from Earth=811, the “Days of Future Past” Earth. On this Earth, the Sentinels hunted down all mutants and also demolished humans. She was the daughter of Scott Summers and Jean Grey on that Earth and was more powerful than most heroes! When the Pheonix Force linked with her, she became almost unstoppable. She possesses telepathy, telekinesis, time manipulation, and the Phoenix Force.
Maestro is one of Marvel’s most powerful versions of Hulk, one that survived a nuclear apocalypse. He killed Hercules to take his spot. He also killed the members of The Pantheon and others who got in his way. No one could stop him, and it ended up being Hulk from Earth-616. He got tricked by going back in time to the original Gamma bomb testing site during the explosion to stop him.

Adam Warlock
Adam Warlock was teased in the MCU when a cocoon appeared in the post-credit scene of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2. In the Marvel Universe of Earth-616, Adam is already powerful. In the comics, it was Adam that helped to beat Thanos in Infinity War showing his true might.
