Mark Wahlbergrevealed that the only way he even said yes to starring inTedwas because of how mesmerizing it was for him to see a caricature of himself inFamily Guy.The 1999 caricature was so interesting to the actor that he had to appear in a Seth MacFarlane movie no matter what.
He agreed to do the movie because of how interesting the caricature had been. A mockery of him managed to assume him so much that he just couldn’t resist the opportunity. Mark Wahlberg and Seth MacFarlane already have a very interesting history with each other that managed to save both their lives as they were both set to board the flight on 9/11 but both narrowly missed the flight. While MacFarlane showed up five minutes late for his flight, Wahlberg decided to drive. Both these coincidences managed to save their lives miraculously.

Mark Wahlberg’sTedWas Supposed To Be A Series
Seth MacFarlanehad the intention of turningTedinto a TV series, that too animated. This was a decision followed by the fact that bothFamily GuyandAmerican Dadwere heavily successful Television shows. However, that decision was quickly changed, making the movie MacFarlane’s first live-action project ever.
While the post-production saw a lot of teddies being used on set, a majority of the filming was done with a step that had eyeballs on it for Ted. The titular character was indeed one which was later added with a lot of creativity. The movie also included a lot of the main cast ofFamily Guy.
