Here’s an overview of what came with the October 4Madden 24title update, including the changes that are coming to Madden Ultimate Team, Franchise Mode, and gameplay.

A new title update dropped for Madden 24 on October 4, one that got the game ready for Season 2 of Madden Ultimate Team and fixed a number of issues within the gameplay engine and across the title’s various game modes.

Additionally, the Madden 24 title update gave several NFL superstars new X-Factors that will give them a different look out on the field.

What’s in the October 4 Madden 24 patch?

First off, a number of NFL playershave receivedX-Factor upgrades in Madden. Derrick Henry now has Angry Runs, which will give anyone equipped with this ability a “very high” chance of winning the first interaction with a defender.

Travis Kelce, meanwhile, now has 3rd Down Threat. This ability gives the equipped player a better chance of winning a contested catch on 3rd down in single coverage, but it will only activate within 25 yards of the line of scrimmage.

As far as Franchise is concerned, theMadden 24title update fixed an issue with downloaded draft classes where all edited prospects would not appear correctly after being downloaded. This comes after Madden playersvoiced displeasurewith how created draft-class players would like in Franchise mode.

However, be mindful that the team recommends sorting by Date Added and using files created after October 4 to ensure that files that may have the draft class bug are not used.
