In the originalKingdom Come: Deliverance, the Cuman army was responsible for burning down the main character, Henry’s hometown of Skalitz, and murdering his parents.
It would make sense, then, to assume that a side quest in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 involving tracking down a Cuman campground would result in some bloodshed in the name of revenge.

Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 Script The Longest In Game History Claims Director
Kingdom Come Deliverance 2’s script is said to be the longest in game history according to its director.
The Invaders side quest, however, does no such thing. Instead, we’re treated to a comical and emotional interaction between Henry and this enemy army that quickly becomes one of the most memorable missions in the game.

If you need help completing this one, we’ve got you covered.
Starting The Quest: Speak With Vuytek
To begin the Invaders side quest, you’ll need to track down Vuytek in the southern portion of Troskowitz. On your map, he’ll be marked by a “new quest” icon when he’s ready to request your assistance.
Vuytek can typically be found tending his fields. He will tell you that a band of Cuman soldiers recently caused a ruckus at the tavern in town, so they must be “taken care of” to ensure they never return.

With a grudge of his own against the Cumans, Henry obliges and heads to Semine, the next location that Vuytek points to to gather intel on where the Cumans could be camped out.
Seeking More Information In Semine
Travel to the village of Semine and simply start asking any NPCs in the area if they know anything about the Cumans. You’ll have a dialogue option with any of the common folk in town to ask them for this information.
The villagers won’t know exactly where to find the Cumans, but they’ll let you know that speaking with Captain Gnarly or Lord Semine in the eastern part of town could yield you better results.

Next, follow your map markers to either Captain Gnarly or Lord Semine. You only need to speak with one of them to get the information you need, so take your pick.
They will let you know that the Cumans have been spotted at the Nomad’s Camp on the west side of the Trosky region, but do not know where exactly at the camp they reside.

The camp covers a wide section of land, so thankfully, Gnarly and Semine have another lead for you as well.
Pinpointing The Cuman Camp’s Location
Your contact in Semine will let you know that a shepherd named Natan and the Herbwoman Bozhena can both give you more specific informationOn The Cumans' location. Their markers will appear on your map as a result.
While you’re free to seek out either Natan or Bozhena, only one needs to be tracked down to satisfy your objective, so head to Natan on your map since he’s much more easily accessible from Semine.
Natan will tell you that the Cumans are camped out near the lake on the south side of the Nomad’s Camp, and your search area in your map should now be narrowed extensively.
Introducing Yourself At Camp
Fast travel to the Nomad’s Camp if you have already discovered this location, and you’ll spawn very near to where the Cumans are hiding out. If you’ve yet to explore this area, the best route is to continue on the trails west from Bozhena’s shack until you eventually reach the camp.
To find the Cuman’s camp, take a sharp and immediate turn to the west just before Horse Handler Mikolai’s wagon in the Nomad Camp. You’ll know you’re on the right trail when you reach a path that descends through stone cliffs on either side.
Speak with Vasko, the leader of this band of Cumans. While taking an aggressive approach might seem natural since the Cuman army killed Henry’s parents, you’ll actually want to soften your edge and select every dialogue option to connect (and drink) with this group.
Continue the dialogue and be as pleasant as possible until the conversation switches to Jasak.
Becoming Jasak’s Wingman
Jasak is another Cuman in the group who has fallen in love with a bath maid at the Nomad’s Camp just above, even though they come from different worlds and speak different languages.
Agree to take Jasak under your wing and offer your assistance in introducing him to his beloved maiden.
Follow Jasak, go back up the trail, and you’ll soon encounter the woman he’s fallen for. Approach her for a conversation and to introduce your new friend.
This conversation features many skill-checks, but the bathmaid will eventually shut Jasak’s advances down and tell you that she is not interested in getting to know him.
Embarrassed by the rejection and looking for someone to blame, Jasak will jump straight into a fistfight with you to get some of his feelings out.
Keep your distance and land some punches to his face as you can, watching for perfect dodge and countering opportunities to speed the process up.
Eventually, Jasak will calm down and yield the fight, and you’re both free to return to camp, defeated and ashamed.
Back at camp, explain to Vasko that things did not go well and that you and Jasak threw hands over the issue.
No matter, a little healthy violence doesn’t bother Vasko, and he’ll instead tell you to just keep drinking with them.
As you all continue to get thoroughly liquored up, you’ll have dialogue options to learn that this group have, in fact, visited Henry’s hometown of Skalitz once before. Don’t press the issue too much, though. No one is drunk enough for that yet.
Drinking, Dogs, and Drowning
Eventually, you’ll be completely hammered and out of alcohol. Agree to follow Vasko through the woods to a secret stash he noticed nearby that belongs to some local woodcutters.
Sing along with Vasko along the way for some of the most hilarious one-liners in the game.
Just before reaching the stash of hidden alcohol, Vasko will pass out just in front of… a talking dog?
Speak with the strange dog, and he’ll reassure Henry that his life is on the right path before running back off into the woods.
In the immediate area is the woodcutters' alcohol stash. Through severely blurred vision, do your best to make out a small sack wedged between two rocks and claim your loot.
In addition to some old moonshine from the woodsmen, you’re free to also take some dried beef and 25 Groschen. These are the only rewards for this quest, so make sure to snag them.
Back at camp, drink the moonshine with Vasko and the gang, and you’ll soon find yourself boasting about all your skills and famous exploits to the Cumans.
Henry’s bragging ultimately leads to a swimming challenge, which you should agree to. Sure, Henry can’t swim, but he’s feeling the effects of all this liquid courage.
You’ll suddenly wake up on a log in the middle of the lake, partially sobered up out of sheer terror. Try to get back to shore, and you’ll fall into the water. Luckily, the Cumans will get you back to dry land.
Still drunk, but sober enough to get deep again, you’re free to now ask Vasko about anything you’re still curious about with the Cumans.
You’ll learn that they were there the day Henry’s parents died. None of them killed either of his parents, but they did kill other villagers in Skaltiz.
The conversation can take many turns from here, so ask away and get more insight into the group’s political beliefs, their homeland, and what’s next for them.
Eventually, they’ll also agree to never return to Troskowitz and disrupt the tavern or Vuytek.
Mission accomplished, and new friends gained.
Wrapping Things Up
You’ll wake up massively hungover the next morning, but do your best to return to Vuytek in Troskowitz to let him know the Cumans won’t be a problem anymore.
If you haven’t noticed, you’re naked. Put some clothes back on.
