Remnant 2is a game all about kicking some butt and dying quite a few times before you beat that particular boss. The game can be brutal at times, and this leads to you wanting to experiment with different builds, different worlds, or even different campaigns. Luckily a lot of this is easily done thanks toRemnant 2’s very random nature, where a lot of the game is randomly generated. This makes each run feel brand new and you potentially never run out of content. One thing that players might be wondering however, with the random nature of the game, is how to obtain weapons and armor? Because they seem rather hard to get a hold of a few hours in. Here’s our guide on how to get weapons and armor inRemnant 2.
How to get weapons and armor inRemnant 2
Getting yourself some new weapons and armor inRemnant 2might be a bit trickier than you’d think. But there are a couple of ways you can get them. First though, it’s important to say that as of right now weapons and armor do not drop from random enemies in the field. You can find some weapons in specific locations, such as a hammer after doing a gauntlet on a train that I found during my playtime, but generally you cannot find them out in the field.
Therefore, how do you find new weapons and armor? The vast majority of the new weapons and armor you’ll be getting you may find from the various vendors in the hub area Ward 13. You’re introduced to the weapons vendor at the start of the game, and you can find them just outside of the firing range. For the armor vendor, you’re going to want to head down the main area and find the character wearing a gas mask located next to Cass who is with you at the start of the game.

There are other vendors where you may get yourself some weapons and armor, such as the weapon mod vendor who can craft you some boss weapons using materials gained from your journey and from killing bosses. You can also find some stations that sell weapons and armor for materials out in the world, as I found one in Yaesha that used a currency that I didn’t have yet. But these seem like rare finds, as I have only found the one in Yaesha.
Remnant 2is available for purchase onSteam.
