To start, click anywhere on the body of the water, and your character will throw the reel. Now, wait a little until you catch something, which is where things get difficult. On the right side of your screen, 2 bars will appear, and you have to fill up the one on the right. You can do that by tapping and/or holding on your screen to keep the red ball thing inside the green bar.
