Honkai Star Rail’s Foxian Tale of the Haunted event is live, and one of the challenges in this event requires you to complete some puzzles with a “Chess Ghost.” You’ll earn some great rewards for completing these challenges. Here’s how to complete the Pathfinder challenges in Honkai: Star Rail.
Pathfinder Challenges in Honkai Star Rail
To clear the Pathfinder Challenges in Honkai Star Rail, you’ll need to enter direction commands on your keyboard to help guide an Ingenia, helping them leave the maze. Each Ingenia will move in your direction until it encounters an obstacle, such as a stray wall. There are nine total puzzles, including one tutorial puzzle. Here are the solutions for each Pathfinder Challenge in Honkai: Star Rail.
Tutorial Puzzle
Moveleft, up, right, and then up.
Puzzle One
Moveup, left, and then up.
Puzzle Two
Moveup, left, up, right, and then up.
Puzzle Three
Moveleft, up, right, down, left, and then up.
Puzzle Four
This puzzle introduces a new obstacle. When the Ingenia passes by a pressure plate, it will turn into an obstacle.
For this puzzle, moveright, up, left, down, right, and then up.

Puzzle Five
For this puzzle, moveright, up, left, and then up.
Puzzle Six
For this puzzle, moveup, right, down, left, right, and then up.
Puzzle Seven
For this puzzle, moveup, down, right, left, and then up.
Puzzle Eight
For this puzzle, moveright, left, up, left, right, and then up.
Puzzle Nine
For this puzzle, moveleft, up, right, left, up, and then up again.
