There are a total of 6 secrets to find in the Belly of the Beast level of the game. Some are more well hidden than others, and we know where to find all of them.
Gold Chest #1
After defeating the enemies in the area (see map above) and using the organ, there is a gold chest that is now accessible in a secret side room.
Sprint Jump up into the tunnel at the top of the room to find the secret passage leading to the ruby inside (after reaching the exit with the moving Shield Jump point.
Gold Chest #2
After hitting the lever on the upper platform, turn and find the green Shield Jump point. This lets you access the secret area containing a gold chest.
Life Sigil #2
At the point on the map above, use the green Shield Jump point to reach the secret area, then follow the path of gold bars to theLife Sigil.
Codex (Commander Thira)
Before destroying the third piece of the organ, turn around and grab the codex at the end of the stream of acid.
Life Sigil #3
At the point on the map above, head through the round hole in the wall on the edge of the room. Inside the next room, look up and throw your Shield at the blue switch to open up the path of gold bars. There is a Life Sigil in a secret area at the end of the path.
Komodo Toy
Drop from the ledge to the lower area and throw your shield into the Switch to open a path to the next area. Jump into the teethed hole and defeat all the enemies inside to open a portal and unlock the collectible.
