Complete the Crota’s End Raid or Acquire His Discarded Sword
If you have missed the window for Crota’s End Raid, do not worry, as you’re able to still access the Bottomless Pit quest. Hisdiscarded swordis available in the vendor menu at no cost. Accept the quest to move on to the next step.
Eliminate Hive Enemies With Husk of the Pit
After accepting the quest, you will acquire an auto rifle calledHusk of the Pit.
