Phoenix Labs releases Dauntless the monster hunter action-RPG on Nintendo Switch, plus releases the Stormchasers update.
Dauntless is Available on Nintendo Switch Plus All Versions Update Stormchasers
It was this year when the full version of Dauntless was released by Phoenix Labs on PC, Playstation 4 and Xbox One. Today, during the Nintendo Indie World showcase announcements, it was confirmed that it will be coming to the Nintendo Switch. This also marks the launch of the game in Japan across all platforms.
The Switch port is also fully compatible with other versions of the game through the One Dauntless system. This means you can carry progress over from multiple platforms, meaning you can play a number of ways.
Dauntless players also received a new free update today called Stormchasers, alongside a new Hunt Pass called Myth & Legends which adds a roguelike experience with a mode called Escalation. Players will be challenged with waves of enemies in the Escalation mode, facingBehemothswith unique modifiers. Successfully beating the fourth level will trigger a new behemoth called Malkarion, that not only includes some unique tactics but can be mounted too.
There is also some new from the game which is featured in an art book which can be purchased through Amazon. Dauntless celebrated15 millions playersin September of this year, with surely many more joining with the addition of the Switch platform.
