At the beginning of the game, you will be able to access the record player from the main room of the house. Once Chapter 4 begins, the record player will be moved to your bedroom. This is just cosmetic, and functionality remains the same. Walking up to the record player and pressing A on it will allow you to select a track to play. This same method will allow you to add new records that you receive.There are fourteen tracks that can be discovered, two of which are available from the beginning of the game.These two tracks are titled Quiet Winter and Breezy. Collecting the records will allow you to play some of the most popular tracks whilst you go about your daily life on the farm. Most of the records are directly linked to building up the relationship with fellow townsfolk, and so it is a good idea to start early and offer them gifts on a daily basis. Only Van will require you tospend moneytowards the record. So, make sure that you have some on hand when he is in town.
