The Hollow can be confusing, and some objectives are easier to figure out than others. If you’re struggling with the Survivor Rescue Exploration Commission in Zenless Zone Zero (ZZZ), let me explain all the puzzle solutions.
How to complete the Survivor Rescue Exploration Conveyor Belt Puzzles in Zenless Zone Zero (ZZZ)
The Survivor Rescue Exploration task is likely the first “Puzzle” commission you’ll attempt. While the mechanics are loosely explained initially, the puzzles can be tricky.
Ultimately, there are three puzzles to solve, each with the same objective.Make a line of Conveyor Belts that hits each Bangboo, followed by the exit. you’re able to’t use the same tile twice, so there’s a specific way to tackle each task. Don’t worry if you mess up; you can restart as many times as needed.

Here are the correct paths to take for each puzzle:
Puzzle One
The first puzzle is pretty straightforward, andyou can’t mess up unless you go rightat the junction. If you mis-input, you can retrace your steps to delete any conveyor belts you’ve laid previously. Once you’ve saved the Bangboo, spend 500 Coins to open the locked door, pick up the data, and head to the exit.
Coins in the Hollow are different fromthe other currencies in ZZZ, so there’s no point in saving them.

Puzzle Two
The puzzle is only problematic because we want to collect all the coins. If you want to snag everything, follow the route in the image above. Once you’ve completed it, ensure youcollect all the coins and prizesbefore leaving the area.
Puzzle Three
As you may expect, the final puzzle is the most intricate. There’s only one viable routeif you want to hit every Bangboo and coin. Follow the path above to complete the puzzle.
Pick up all the prizes before you leave the area, and you’ll be thrown into a battle against basic enemies. Once you’ve cleared the area, you’ll complete the mission andearn an S-Rank if you collect the items in every room.
